  • 5% discounted green fees: Enjoy savings throughout the year: 
    • Off Season: Monday to Sunday
    • Regular Season: Monday to Thursday (excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays)
  • 20 advanced bookings: Secure your preferred tee time ($200 value)
    •  For example, booking one tee time for 4 golfers will use 4 of your 20 advance bookings, leaving 16 on your account
  • 25% off apparel & hats: Enjoy a discount on all regular-priced apparel and hats
  • Exclusive Burnaby Golf Players Hat: Receive one special hat available only to Players Program members

Terms and conditions

  • The Players Program runs from January 1 to December 31 of the same year.
  • Benefits of the Players Program are applicable at the Burnaby Mountain and Riverway Golf Courses.
  • There is no cash value or refunds available to any of the Players’ benefits.
  • Benefits of the Players Program are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to other golfers or family members.
  • Based on availability, the 20 advance bookings can be made one day in advance of the 30-day pre-booking window (31 days in advance) by calling the golf course between 9:30 am and 4 pm. Once booked, all advance tee time bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. After the 20 advance bookings have been made, players can resume booking tee times online.
  • The 5% green fee discount applies only to the applicable Player Member’s green fee rate at the time of play and not to the green fees of any other member within the booking party.  
  • If a member is a senior, the 5% discount will be applied to the members senior rate on eligible days.
  • Discount on green fees contingent on presentation of Players Program card at POS.
  • The 25% apparel discount applies only to the regular priced stock of wearable items. This would include hats, shirts, bottoms, socks and footwear.
  • The 25% apparel discount does not apply to gloves, balls, clubs or accessories.
  • The Players Golf Hat is a special hat that is only available to Players Members and will not be available to purchase by the general public.
  • Renewal of the Players Program is contingent on the participant playing a minimum of 50 rounds at either or both Burnaby Mountain and Riverway Golf courses. Renewals will not be offered to those playing less than 50 rounds per calendar year.
